Residence Savoy originated in 1885 when it was Hotel Savoy, which stood at the current location of the Residence Savoy. The hotel was demolished and the current apartment complex was completed in 1981. Current apartments are a place of luxury and  comfort.

The apartments have a beautiful and unobstructed sea view. The complex has its own sauna and indoor swimming pool and a large communal terrace with table tennis tables, jeu de boules court and outdoor chess.

Our renovation project in Den Haag / Schevingen  included the installation of SKW Compact Pool 1500 HP. Limited energy sources and interior space posed challenges, but our integrated heat pumps with heating year-round. A smart algorithm ensures optimal efficiency by avoiding defrosting and counterworking bypass systems.

Total air volume: 1.700 m³/h. Renovation swimming pool ventilation Existing unit disassembled including ducts, central heating pipes, electrical connections. Placing and mounting SKW Compact Pool HP, incl. CV pipes, etc. SKW Compact Pool HP 1500.

Unit selection. The selection of the SKW Compact Pool 1,500 Hp has come about because the exhaust duct and outside air intake duct are smaller than what they should be at a flow rate of 2,000 m3/h. The unit will deliver a maximum of 1,700 m3/h.
