Skawen Production OÜ is implementing the project “Skawen Production OÜ Development Programme”, co-funded by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund.

Project objective
The objective of the project is to standardise and certify Skawen’s production and quality-management system, bring the new Residential product line to an industrially scalable production level, digitalise the company’s key production and management-information processes, develop aftersales capabilities, and create a strategy for increasing exports to Sweden, Finland and Germany.
Main activities
The project includes:
- development and standardisation of production and quality processes;
- development of the Residential product line;
- digitalisation of production and management processes;
- product development, testing and certification;
- development of sales, marketing and export capabilities;
- development of aftersales services;
- employee training and development;
- participation in international trade fairs.
Expected results
As a result of the project, Skawen aims to establish a more standardised and scalable production system, strengthen product-development and certification capabilities, improve the use of digital management tools, develop a structured aftersales model, and increase its readiness for international growth.
The project is expected to support the growth of Skawen’s revenue and increase the company’s added value per employee.

European Union support: up to €495,722.25
Skawen Production OÜ contribution: at least €605,882.75
