Jüri’s Premier Badminton Hall - Lenne Sulgpallihall, Estonia
In the middle of the green surroundings of Estonia, in the village of Jüri, you will find the Lenne Badminton Hall, a building oriented towards badminton enthusiasts. The building combines modern engineering with environmentally sustainable principles.
The equipment prepared for this centre has been manufactured and designed with great care to maximise heat management. This equipment is also equipped with CO2 modulation to further increase energy efficiency. This advanced solution ensures that the indoor air quality remains impeccable in all conditions, as it is regulated according to the number of people, thus combining comfort and energy savings. Thanks to this approach, the building is even more energy efficient and creates a pleasant environment for competitors and spectators alike.
Rotory controllers are an important addition to the facility. They are equipped with both heating and cooling coils, maintaining a constant temperature in the hall, unaffected by external weather conditions. This is essential to ensure the proper functioning of the badminton arenas and the comfort of the players.
The Runaround accessory should also be mentioned. This mechanism is equipped with a heating coil and has an integrated cooling system with a recovery programme. This is a desirable solution in order to reduce airflow pressure damage, ensuring the efficient operation of the ventilation unit.
With three units, the infrastructure can use up to 30 500 m3/h of air. The units selected for this project are from the series 2xSKW2.3 Roto and SKW 5.3 Ruar, which are appreciated for their durability and performance.
The ventilation system is housed in a special chamber to ensure its durability and optimal performance.
The Jüri Premier badminton hall is a combination of modernist design, engineering ingenuity and sustainable principles, ensuring a great experience for athletes while being environmentally friendly.
