Project description

The Narva Vanalinna project is a newly constructed educational facility that includes a swimming pool area and various auxiliary rooms. To ensure optimal indoor air quality, four separate ventilation units were designed and installed. These units serve distinct zones within the building, including the swimming hall, classrooms, and utility spaces.

Each ventilation system is equipped with modern heat recovery technology and energy-efficient heat pumps for cooling and heat recovery in the swimming pool area, reducing operational costs and supporting sustainability goals. The design meets the rigorous standards for ventilation in public childcare buildings, with special attention paid to indoor climate stability, quiet operation, and hygienic requirements. The systems were developed and manufactured in Estonia by Skawen Production OÜ and are tailored to local climate conditions, ensuring reliable performance throughout the year.
