Annual General Meeting (AGM) on:

The AGM is held digitally on Google Meet. A meeting link can be obtained upon request to board@skawen.com.
Participation and Proxy
To attend the AGM:
- Shareholders must be entered in the share register no later than June 3, 2026.

Shareholders who are represented by proxy must submit a signed Power of Attorney.For legal entities, a certified copy of the certificate of registration, should be sent to board@skawen.com.Shareholders are kindly requested to notify their participation by email to board@skawen.com.
The 2025 Annual Report will be available one week before the meeting and can be requested at board@skawen.com.
