Leo is tasked with overseeing Skawen operations in the Netherlands. His journey with the company began at Menerga BV Nederland, where he initially served as a Senior Technician before rising to the position of Technical Director.

After dedicating more than two decades of his career to Menerga BV, Leo moved on to take on a new role with Skawen BV. In his capacity, he spearheaded the establishment of an entirely new Sales and Service team in the Netherlands, which operates round the clock, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
